Sizing Youth - Typically fits kids 60 to 85 pounds.

Small/Medium - Typically if you are under 5'10 and under 170 pounds this is the size for you.

Anything taller or heavier and the large would work better.

If you are under 5'3" and 110 pounds you may not be able to get the harness tight enough as it needs to be snug to function properly.

Large - The large fits best if you are between 170 and 230 pounds. Any height from 5'8 to 6'3".

Taller or heavier and you need an XL.

XL - For the big guys. 230 pounds and heavier and up to 6'7" tall. MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 300 pounds.
