Shipping Policy
Our Standard shipping rates are a Flat Rate depending on the product that is ordered. Hang-On Stands, Camera Arms, Sticks and Safeguard Harnesses ship at $9.99 each, the Archer Ladder Stand is $17.99 each and Accessories are $6.99 each. We will group accessories together for one flat rate. Accessories ordered with another product ship free. We will ship one Single Stick with a 4 Pack of Sticks for one flat rate.
Our Next Day Air and 2 Day Air shipping charges are based on standard UPS Mail rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, either click on "Update Cart" if you changed a quantity or click on "Shipping Rates". Enter your country, state and zip code, then click on "Get Rates". This will display all available shipping costs.
GoMuddy.com offers UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground.
DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
Ground shipping:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm CST.
Express shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day):
These orders are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:30pm CST.
