Return /Exchange Policy
All items advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Defective items need to be shipped to: Muddy Outdoors, 6604 201st Street, Albia, IA 52531 for exchange. Muddy Outdoors will not refund items that were purchased through a dealer.
Muddy Outdoors will refund any item that is returned unused, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Contact our Customer Service Department prior to shipping any returns by e-mail CustomerService@gomuddy.com or at 877-366-8339.
All shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
The returns department requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
No refund will be given on defective or used items.
