Our two new Camera arms have been our best-received product to date. The Hunter and Boss Hawg are truly professional grade arms. Feedback has been incredible! The Safeguard harness continues to be the number one alternative to heavy, scent filled vests. We appreciate all the positive feedback you have been giving us on the web. It is certainly helping as vest converters are coming over to the light side by the thousands!
On the bad note, our stick recall is quite a bit more work than we dreamed possible. We have two people working on it full time (quite a few since we don’t have that many employees). We are getting through the paperwork nightmare as quickly as possible. However, we are still getting all the new sticks sent back within 24 hours of receiving them. If you or anyone you know have the 2009 Muddy sticks, please contact us to get them taken care of. You can get a refund, credit or replacement. We have set a goal to perform the best recall in the history of the Outdoor Industry. Let us know how you think we are doing.
