Albia, Iowa—October 14, 2011–Muddy Companies is looking for representatives for a National Sales Team—responsible for promoting Muddy and BloodSport product to archery dealers throughout the country.
Muddy is looking for serious hunters who have a passion for the outdoors. Muddy Direct will be knowledgeable, professional and will continue Muddy’s reputation of providing the best customer service in the industry.
Unlike other pro staff positions that competing manufacturers have, we intend to pay commission for all sales within each member’s 10 to 20 dealer territory. Each person will truly be a part of the Muddy and BloodSport team.
This is not a full time position. Territories will be kept small enough to ensure a more local presence. Muddy Direct Representatives could earn between $1,000 and $5,000 per year after all expenses are paid. Help with trade shows and training for box stores in each territory will be required.
The sales group at Muddy Companies will handle orders, issues, and shipping. This position is to provide information and help local dealers make money selling BloodSport and Muddy products.
Both the Muddy Outdoors product line and the new BloodSport archery and crossbow accessory company will be included in the program.
Assigning territories will begin immediately. We are interviewing now and hope to have several team members on board before the ATA. No start up money will be required, and no salary will be paid. All team members will be independent contractors responsible for their own expenses. Muddy will host an outing that includes training at our office in Albia once a year that we expect all team members to attend.
